What’s the difference between a great workout and a great workout program?

A great workout will challenge you physically and mentally, it will elevate your heart rate and get you breathing hard, it will also get your endorphins pumping and leave you feeling great and full of energy! Those are all great things but... one great workout will not make you lose weight, nor get you in shape, it will not transform your physique, it will not improve your strength or cardiovascular conditioning, it also won’t make you better at a given exercise or skill...

A great workout program means you will repeat that great workout again and again... Each time you will improve slightly. Your body will begin to adapt to the challenge of the routine and your physical and mental strength will increase. Your body will build muscle as it becomes more efficient at performing each exercise. You will need to start increasing the weight or repetitions you use for each exercise to continue to make progress (TRAINING VOLUME). You will also begin to recover faster which means you’ll become less sore and be able to increase your training FREQUENCY & INTENSITY.

Manipulating Frequency, Volume, and Intensity are how you can continue making progress and continue to build muscle while losing body fat. Manipulating these training variables properly will ensure you’re using the principle of PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD and constantly challenging your current level of strength, athleticism and fitness. This means your body is constantly challenged to adapt and you’ll never plateau.

A great workout program applies these principles using not just one great workout but a variety of strategically designed and scheduled workouts that challenge various movement patterns and planes of motion, improve neuromuscular coordination and strength, enhance mobility and movement quality, challenge the bodies fast and slow twitch muscles, use agonist/antagonist muscle pairings to avoid imbalances/strain/overuse injuries, use different grips and foot positions, apply both symmetrical and asymmetrical exercises, train all three of our bodies primary energy systems, while also ensuring adequate rest and recovery to prevent overtraining. Oh and a program should also be fun. There needs to be rhyme and reason when designing a program. Picking random exercises or performing the same exercises every time you workout will not get you in the best shape of your life.

Our Online Personal Training Programs are designed to maximize your results and simplify your workout experience. All of our online programs are delivered through our App on your smart phone (Android & IOS Compatible), tablet, or computer. There are video demonstrations for every exercise and professional guidance and instruction for each set of every workout. You can save a print version of all programs so they are yours to use after you online training period expires.

Custom Fitness Programming with 4 Weeks of Online Training

A custom fitness program is the perfect option for anyone that is willing to work hard but could use some professional guidance. There’s nothing worse than working your butt off and going nowhere fast.

Whether you’d like to drop body fat, build muscle, get stronger or step on stage in a fitness show…. We take into account your goals, current fitness level, available equipment, how often you’ll commit to working out and use this information to design a program specifically for you to reach your goals.

The program we design you is yours forever but to ensure progress -Every 4 weeks we can re-evaluate your progress, goals, and adjust your program accordingly.

21 Day Exercise & Activity Challenge - No Equipment Necessary

This program applies 21 days of progressive bodyweight exercise and daily activity to jumpstart your metabolism and keep you accountable to a daily fitness routine. The goal of this program is to get you moving and exercising everyday - even if it's only for 10 minutes in the beginning. Each week the challenge will increase as you get in better shape. Complete the 21 day’s and you’ll feel so good that you won’t want to stop!

This program includes:

3 Follow a Long Total Body Workout Videos <10 Minutes Each.

A 25 Minute Dynamic Core Video Workout.

Structured daily activity using Walking and Jogging Intervals.
